Holding a master’s degree in economics and a solid accounting background, I bring a comprehensive understanding of tax implications related to real estate investments, offering invaluable insights to navigate these complexities.

Collaborating with builders including luxury home builders has provided me with valuable insights into new construction projects and development within the real estate market. I specialize in 1031 Exchanges and Sheriff sales, providing specialized services to clients involved in these transactions.

I am myself a real estate investor. I successfully managed rental properties, contractors, renovations and tenant relations. This firsthand experience enriches my advice for clients, ensuring they avoid pitfalls and capitalize on opportunities.

I am also a Senior Tax Specialist holding Small Business Tax Certification. I contribute my tax expertise to a major multinational accounting firm, enhancing my ability to advise clients on all financial aspects. 

On a personal level, I enjoy spending time with my family in outdoor activities like traveling, camping, and hiking. I have also dedicated time to serving as a Sunday School Administrator, demonstrating my commitment to the community.
